Add Pasta in your diet with this recipe with so less calories !

 

So here is my fast, simple and easy to cook Fusilli Pasta which you can have even if you want to gain or lose weight with this recipe I am going to share. You’l be astonished to know that there is so much less calories if you will make using this ingredients.

 

 

 

 

Ingredients :

Ottima Fusilli Pasta (85gm –> 310 calories)

Borges Extra Virgin olive oil (5gm –> 45 calories)

Broccoli (60gm –> 20 calories)

1 Onion

Amul pasteruised toned milk (100ml –> 58 calories)

Veeba Olive oil mayonnaise (10gm –> 27 calories)
Britannia cheezza (10gm –> 30 calories)

 

 

 

 

Note :- One thing to note is that you can change the quantity of oil or milk or the amount of mayo or cheese if you need to add more or add more vegetables like capsicum, olives but if you will increase any of those quantity your calories would also increase. So just make sure whatever you will add more just to add more calories to it.

Procedure : 

Cook Pasta in water, drain and rinse with cold water water until completely cool.

Heat some oil in a pan and add all the vegetables. I added broccoli and onion. Stir until the vegetables are cooked.

Add milk and the pasta and mix thoroughly.

Now add mayonnaise, salt, oregano, chilli flakes and mix thoroughly.

Finally add the grated cheese (britannia cheezza) on top and let it heat for 1 min.

Now your dish is ready! Hope you enjoy it 🙂
