The difference between success and failure lies in our beliefs and thoughts. It does not depend on any other quality. Gandhi, Stalin, Roosevelt, Churchill and Mao were able to do great things in their lives because they thought they could. This is beautifully said in the poem by CW Longenecker:
If you think you beaten, you are,
If you think you dare not, you don’t.
If you like to win, but you think you can’t,
It is almost certain you won’t.
Life’s battles don’t always go
To the stronger or faster man.
But soon or late the man who wins,
Is the man who thinks he can.
It is possible to change our thoughts, as our thoughts spring from our soul, which stays integrated with our body. We can change our faith-soul by the actions of our body, which is entirely in our control.
We can strengthen our soul by our actions, as they hold the key to improving our spiritual intelligence.
